
Made this for dinner tonight....was yummy! Grainy mustard, brown sugar, chopped green apple and onion stuffing, all wrapped up in bacon, BACON, BACON! I cooked it in the oven but would work just as well on the Q, and not that hard to do! Slice it nice and thick and serve with Yukon Gold mash. The scent of it cooking was just too much--sweet maple, warm apple and breakfast all rolled into one. Smelled like a nice, autumn Northern Ontario morning at the cottage.
